Small Town Roots

I grew up in a small, rural community near Johnstown, Pennsylvania. After completing my graduate studies at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, I moved to Washington, DC and spent the first ten years of my career in the Hospitality Management Consulting Business. Following a long stint living in the Washington, DC area, I lived in Chadds Ford, PA, Carefree, AZ and Seattle, WA. I made my ‘Dream Home’ in Palm Springs at the start of 2000.

Background and Experience

A few highlights of my background and qualifications follow.

Currently I am a Realtor in Southern California. Previsouly, I was a Pennsylvania Real Estate Agent.
Worked as a Professional Management Consultant in senior management consulting roles for a diverse portfolio of Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
Held several senior management positions for industry-leading hospitality, foodservice and retail companies, both here in the US and internationally.
Received a Masters Degree from the Cornell University School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the Univeristy of Pittsburgh.

My backgound has made me realize the many common requirements and skills which are absolutely necessary for success as a Real Estate Consultant. Some of these skills are:

1. Acting with responsibility as a fiduciary agent. In real estate, this fiduciary responsibility requires showing good faith, loyalty, integrity, honesty and the utmost care.

2. Demonstrating trust, confidence and solid judgment. A Real Estate Consultant must in all cases provide unbiased direction, the same solid direction that is required in business management consulting.

3. Delivering unmatched people skills. Consultancy, in either business or real estate is a people business. Clear and the right level of communications are paramount for success in dealing with both buyers and sellers.

4. Finding the proverbial ‘needle in the haystack’ perfect dream home. My love for life in Palm Springs, my great appreciation for Southern California Architecture and our unique Palm Springs homes allows me to readily focus on finding, for each of my clients, their perfect Palm Springs ‘Dream Home’.

My work with each of my clients begins with creating a solid understanding of their needs, expectations and wish list for their perfect Palm Springs ‘Dream Home’. I diligently and with genuine passion work on behalf of each of my clients to locate their perfect Palm Springs ‘Dream Home’. Once found, my focus is directed to all of the necessary activities which leads to their new home’s ownership.

Given my unqualified commitment to my clients, I expect a similar exclusive commitment in exchange. From my buyers, I expect a highly motivated, genuine commitment and capability to buying a home in Palm Springs.
